These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kanuk Board Co Australia. Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards, Visa® and MasterCard® or Via Pay Pal or Direct Deposit, Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Sydney, Australian’s time (+10), Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Sydney, Australia’s time (+10), Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed that day, and will generally be shipped the following business day. Weekends (next business day)
In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if Kanuk Board Co Australia declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, Kanuk Board Co Australia will process a refund.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than fifteen (15) days after the date of your order, Kanuk Board Co Australia will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, Kanuk Board Co Australia will issue a refund.

Shipping and Handling
Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders received by 3:00 pm (Sydney Aus time) will be shipped the same day. In order to receive a product on the next 2-3 business days, you need to place your order before 3:00 pm ET. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays.
Note. Some remote locations won't arrive in the standard 2-3 working days. But might take 3-6 business days, depending on destination. Sales Tax Kanuk Board Co Australia collects and remits GST taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site.
For orders to oversee customers that don't pay the tax, the 10% is simply transferred over to be a handling cost. Return Policy You may return any product purchased through the Kanuk Board Co Australia within seven (7) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials.

Note* Orders Paid by Bank Deposit or Pay Pal will not be posted until the payment has cleared.
(This can take from 1 to 3 working days depending on your banking institution.)

The parcel can take from 1 to 3 working days to arrive depending on where you live. There may be a delay in shipping over sale periods. Note* All goods are registered and need to be signed for on pick up.
A signature is required on delivery; therefore, we recommend a work address if more convenient.

Returns
We hope you are stoked with your purchases, however we realise that sometime you change your mind. If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 5 days to let us know you will be returning the item. All items that are sent back MUST be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. So we ask that you always post the item back via registered post. It is also very important that you email or call through with the registration number as this is the number that will be used for insurance a registered item is void without it. We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn, and have all tags attached and are in brand new condition.
The item must be received within 7 days, and you must inform us of the return within 5 days. You are free to choose a full refund or you can exchange for another item. Sale Items: For sale goods, we are unable to offer a refund, however you are welcome to exchange or have a credit issued to your account.
If the Kanuk Board Co Australia team believe that the item has been damaged or worn we have every right to return the item back to you with no refund or exchange. We hate saying that as we are sure that our Kanuk Board Co Australia shoppers are super and we simply have to cover every single fact as boring and tedious as it is!
